Did not fix my issue, did not bring the proper equipment to have a detailed look at my issue. stayed less than an hour. Was fully charged tho. I say if you have a simple issue, I guess they're fine. But anything more complicated. You might as well go with Roto Rooter(even tho they're a bunch of scammers), atleast they guarantee sevice

The Pipe Monkeys team was great from start to finish. First, they responded to my message right away with an accurate quote, and they gave me an appointment for the next morning (it wasn't an emergency issue, so that was fine). The next day, Kirk kept me informed about his arrival time; when he did get to my apartment, he was helpful and informative. He quickly figured out the source of the leak, went back out to buy some needed parts, and returned promptly to finish fixing it. There were multiple payment options, and paying was easy. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Mike is a responsive, professional, who does great work! He replaced our water heater and there were absolutely no issues. He is licensed and insured, shows up when he says he will and he was respectful and cautious about not impacting the common areas of our building and the work space in our home. Would recommend and work with him again, without hesitation.

Dov came over at night on short notice to install a new toilet, and it ended up (upon our opening the box) that the toilet was shattered. He was totally good natured and agreed to come back at another time and didn't charge me for the first visit.  I'll be using Dov again.

I had a non-urgent bursted pipe and contacted him @9pm - he was there the next day and resolved the issue in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I knew that my lavatory faucet install was an unusual job, the cold tap was plumbed in with rigid piping. Marcel assessed the situation and worked diligently to find a solution.  I admire his dedication and willingness to make several trip to the plumbing supply store and assemble the odd pieces to get me connected.  A fine job.

The pipes under my sink were leaking and both my partner & I couldn't quite pinpoint the issue. Kirill came and knew exactly what to do. We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

Extremely disappointed! Made a reservation for Saturday at 3:00 through Yelp messages. Everything worked out well. Unfortunately, Saturday came, and by 3:15 there was no handyman around or a call/text message saying where he's at. Nada. At 3:25 I called the owner, who then said 'let me look at the diary (already a bad sign), then said that his handyman is stuck in traffic (in NJ)..ok, it happens- when can he be here? Ammm- not today (or today at 8:00 pm- but who's doing work at 8:00pm??). I did get ab apology and was offered to have a visit on Sunday morning but I already had plans and needed someone for Saturday (which thankfully I found at the very last minute). Bottom line- unprofessional!

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.

We've used Riverside twice and had really great experiences with them-- first to replace a broken faucet in the kitchen, then for what we thought was a broken electrical outlet that turned out to be a giant job because whoever had worked on the house last had made a huge mistake. I'm really grateful to have found them - showed up on the same day, got the job done same day, reasonable pricing, professional and clean work. Really appreciated the mask use and taking shoes off when coming inside given the situation with the pandemic as well. I'm sure we'll be calling on them in the future!
